Bitcoin Treasury Company ProCap repurchases approximately $135 million in convertible bonds today

Odaily Planet Daily reports that Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin treasury company ProCap Financial announced today the repurchase of approximately $135 million worth of convertible bonds. Since December 2025, the company has repurchased about 2% of its outstanding common shares. Additionally, the company disclosed that its current Bitcoin holdings amount to approximately 5,007 coins, with a cash balance of $72 million, and an outstanding convertible bond scale of about $100 million.
