Odaily星球日报讯 Die Blockchain-Infrastrukturgesellschaft Fireblocks gab bekannt, dass sie eine Vereinbarung getroffen hat, um die Kryptowährungsbuchhaltungsplattform TRES Finance für 130 Millionen US-Dollar zu erwerben. Die Übernahme erfolgt in Form von Bargeld und Eigenkapital. Dies ist die zweite Übernahme von Fireblocks innerhalb von drei Monaten. Das Kerngeschäft besteht darin, Unternehmen bei der Verwaltung und Übertragung digitaler Vermögenswerte zu helfen. Im Oktober letzten Jahres erwarb Fireblocks das Kryptowallet-Startup Dynamic für etwa 90 Millionen US-Dollar. Berichten zufolge erreichte Fireblocks in der Finanzierungsrunde 2022 eine Bewertung von 8 Milliarden US-Dollar. (Fortune)
