Als Hintergrund ist die Anchorage Digital Bank N.A. die einzige bundesstaatlich lizenzierte Kryptowährungsbank in den USA, deren Tochtergesellschaft in Singapur ebenfalls eine Marktteilnehmerlizenz (MPI-Lizenz) von der Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) erhalten hat.
