Watching my transaction queue in the mempool for the fourth time, I feel a bit helpless but also somewhat relieved... When the network is congested, that moment you send out your transaction is actually just "entering the waiting room." Miners/packagers will prioritize those who pay higher tips/fees. If you pay less, you'll slowly wait, and if it takes too long, you might even get stuck on the nonce. All subsequent transfers get clogged together, and seeing a row of pending transactions in my wallet triggers my OCD. The community has been arguing these days whether the extreme fee rate is abou
