Gemini did a redesign of my health app that Claude Code built and introduced iOS26 glass effects but completely bricked the app.
Claude developed a plan to fix it but is clearly mad at Gemini 🤣

My sleep score is in the 90s most days on my Oura. Here are 5 things I do every day:
I barely drink and I try to go to bed at the same time every day.
I invested in an excellent mattress plus pillow/blanket combo and I switched to lyocell duvets.
I always read 30 mins before I sleep (I know CT hates books with a passion)
My sleep stack includes Magnesium, Glycine and Tryptophan

I sleep in a completely blacked out room

>Wake up.
>drink large 20oz coffee.
> take 10 nootropics.
> take nasal spray of more nootropics.
> inject some peptides.
>swallow 40 vitamins.
>take some lions mane.
>crack open sugar free energy drink.
> watch Opus 4.5 code for 8hr.
>talk to nobody.
>go to sleep.
