Ethereum's long-term evolution hinges on Layer 2 development and emerging infrastructure like EigenCloud. These solutions unlock massive innovation potential while the L1 remains a fortress—genuinely resilient, cryptographically secure, and capable of hitting 10k+ TPS through zkEVM technology. This architecture virtually guarantees Ethereum's dominance over the coming decades. The separation of concerns is elegant: L1 provides the security backbone, L2s handle throughput. Simple yet powerful.

Really, the layered logic should have been done this way from the start. L1 can confidently serve as the fortress, while L2s showcase their unique features. Who still cares about those knockoff integrated hype?

zkEVM sounds pretty good, but can 10k+ TPS really be stable? Or will we have to wait for a technological breakthrough again...

zkEVM is truly awesome. The layered architecture is something we should have thought of a long time ago.

zkEVM is indeed impressive, but claiming to "guarantee dominance" is a bit of an overstatement; BTC players are still watching closely.

With all the competition among L2s, can L1s still hold their ground? The 10k TPS of zkEVM is impressive just to hear about, but how many can actually be implemented?

It should be noted that although the discussion of this layered architecture sounds perfect, it overlooks a key issue—will L2 fragmentation actually weaken Ethereum's value consensus? On-chain data indicates that the current level of liquidity dispersion is already alarming...
