Picking between Polygon, Mode, Base, and Solana? Each chain brings different tradeoffs to the table. Developers often clash on which fits their needs best—speed, cost, ecosystem maturity, or scalability. There's rarely a one-size-fits-all answer in blockchain infrastructure.

To be honest, these binary choice questions are meaningless; it all depends on how your project positions itself.

Honestly, choosing a blockchain is just a trap... Sometimes I think Solana is fast, and other times I feel sorry for the gas fees. In the end, it all depends on how many candies the project can give, haha.

In other words, after choosing among these four chains, it still depends on how your project operates. There's no best, only the most suitable.

Bro is right, that's why I have projects running on all four chains... Base is fast, but the fees are insanely high; Polygon has many familiar faces in the ecosystem but is congested; Solana is lightning fast but exhausting; Mode? Can anyone explain what this guy is doing?

To be honest, it depends on how you weigh things; there is no silver bullet.
