Ark Invest announced on April 1 that it would include shares of OpenAI in its three funds—ARKK, ARKF, and ARKW—each holding about 3% of the shares, making it easier for retail investors to invest in the private company. They sold over 58,000 shares of NVIDIA and over 19,000 shares of AMD, accounting for 0.1%-0.15% of the total fund value. At the same time, Ark Invest bought shares in the biotech company Arcturus.

Ark Invest, owned by Cathie Wood, conducted a large-scale selloff of tech stocks and crypto assets on March 27, including selling about $41 million worth of Meta and $26 million worth of Nvidia stock, while also reducing its holdings in its own Bitcoin ETF and shares in multiple crypto companies.
