PANews reported on February 12th that according to an official announcement from zkLend, the protocol has proposed a settlement solution to the attacker, allowing them to keep 10% (about 330 ETH) as a white hat reward and requiring the return of 3,300 ETH to the specified Address by 00:00 UTC on February 14th, otherwise legal action will be taken. zkLend stated that it has been cooperating with security companies and law enforcement agencies for investigation, and will track and prosecute the Hacker after the deadline.
