On January 6th, Jinshi Data News: Mengjie shares announced that Wu Jing, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, plans to transfer his 79,632,700 shares of the company through protocol transfer to Qingyun Shuke Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as ‘Qingyun Shuke’), accounting for 10.65% of the company’s total share capital. After the transfer is completed, Wu Jing and its concerted action person Wu Wei will reduce their holdings to 1.3 million shares, accounting for 0.17% of the company’s total share capital; Qingyun Shuke will hold 79,632,700 shares of the company, accounting for 10.65% of the company’s total share capital. This protocol transfer of shares will not result in a change in the company’s control.
