Emotional value is also needed for airdrops.

Looking at various stories of sudden wealth, I never thought Movement would turn out to be Da Mao.
Movement Airdrop, I completely missed it, but looking back now, I may still not participate.
I used to have a trap airdrop method:
(1) Do not participate in Testnet: In the Testnet phase, the rewards for participating in Airdrops are often not as good as those for projects that go live on the Mainnet.
(2) Too complicated to play: A complex task system will drop the enthusiasm of users to participate, and the final Airdrop and tasks are often unrelated.
(3) Non-dragon one and dragon two not rubbing: In a fiercely competitive race track, projects other than dragon one and dragon two have relatively lower potential value for Airdrop.
Apply the previous methodology here:
First of all, Movement is still on the testnet. I won’t participate in projects that have not yet gone Mainnet, because based on historical projects, there are very few opportunities to make big gains on the testnet. Many projects choose to distribute tokens on a large scale only when they go live on Mainnet or closer to the official release.
Next, Movement has too many tasks, which feels very PUA for users. Following the principle of simplicity, Movement is obviously too complicated. From the perspective of past public chain projects, which project’s Airdrop rules are very complicated?
Finally, Movement is not outstanding among the numerous public chains. The Move system already has SUI and Aptos. According to the principle of focusing on the top two in the only-lubrication track, the probability of Dragon Three being prominent is not high.
In short, Movement belongs to Testnet + complex task system + not the first or second dragon. How should I approach this project?
But in any case, I missed this opportunity for wealth, which shows that there is still room for optimization in my historical methods.
So does that mean that my Airdrop method needs to be adjusted? The Airdrop by Movement seems to be an accident, and the probability of its occurrence is not high.
People’s time and energy are always limited, if all kinds of projects are lured, this wide-net style airdrop mode is counterproductive.
The area I need to adjust is that in the face of such a luxurious investment background, there is still a certain sensitivity. The focus should be on participating and using a small number of boutique accounts to participate.
At least in this way, there will be a real big fur in the end, and the leg will not be broken by clapping.
Airdropping also requires emotional value.
