On November 28th, Jinshi Data reported that Mengjinyuan Gold Jewelry Group Co., Ltd. announced the final offering price and allocation results. According to the announcement, the final offering price for Mengjinyuan is set at HK$12.00 per share, which is at the lower level of the previously announced price range of HK$12.00 to HK$14.40, and will be listed on November 29, 2024. The total amount raised from this issuance is approximately HK$527.48 million, with estimated listing expenses of approximately HK$74.99 million based on the final offering price. After deducting relevant expenses, the net amount raised is approximately HK$452.49 million.
