Jinse Finance reported that European Central Bank board member Wim Schellens said that at this stage we do not need to discuss a 50 basis point interest rate cut; there is currently no evidence to support the prospects of such a policy discussion; the European economy is weaker than we originally estimated; internal inflation remains very high; Central Bank policy depends on data.
