Jinshi Data, September 27th News, according to the BCH news, after a chief judge imposed a fine of $454 million on former President Trump for commercial fraud seven months ago, a New York appellate court on Thursday expressed doubts about some of the arguments in the case brought by the New York State Attorney General against former President Trump. The judge said the fine was “shocking.” A panel of five judges from the first department of the New York State appellate division heard Trump’s appeal and expressed concerns to both sides about certain key elements of the case, including the application of consumer fraud regulations, the reasons for the economic penalties sought by the prosecutor, and the privacy of the relevant transactions. Trump himself did not attend the hearing held in New York on Thursday.
