On August 8th, Jinshi data reported that the OEM factory, Inventec, achieved a combined revenue of 55.533 billion New Taiwan dollars in July, a rise of 9.04% compared to the previous month and a rise of 32.75% year-on-year, reaching a historical high. The accumulated combined revenue from January to July was 340.198 billion New Taiwan dollars, a rise of 16.24% year-on-year. Analysts indicate that they expect flat quarter-on-quarter dump for laptops in the third quarter, with a single-digit rise expected for the whole year; meanwhile, the annual server dump is expected to rise by more than 20%.
