PANews, July 27th, according to the Wen Wei Po, Siu Lik-kei, chairman of the Hong Kong Wireless Technology Association, said that a survey found that although Hong Kong enterprises are lagging behind their counterparts in other parts of Asia in applying emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence/machine learning, augmented reality (AR)/virtual reality (VR)/mixed reality (MR), and blockchain, 85% of the surveyed Hong Kong enterprises still plan to adopt or have already adopted artificial intelligence, which is close to the 93% ratio in other parts of Asia, but still slightly behind. In other aspects, the survey found that 21% of the surveyed Hong Kong enterprises have developed Blockchains/Smart Contracts/GameFi, which were included in the survey for the first time.
