The goal of the protocol is to provide a framework of legal protection for white hat hackers and ensure that system owners are promptly notified of the vulnerability of their systems. Crypto researcher @lex_node worked with Delphi Labs to develop the Safe Harbor protocol. In addition to this, they will also launch additional initiatives such as SEAL 911 and SEAL Wargames to boost encryption security. The plans are expected to be released within this year.
