At noon today, affected by the launch of XEN’s founder Jack Levin’s new project XONE token, Ethereum GAS soared to more than 100 gwei for a short time. Eventually, XONE was completed at 15:20 Mint.
XONE is an ERC 20 token on Ethereum, with a total amount of 1 billion, of which 500 million are owned by Jack and the remaining 500 million are produced through Mint. When Mint, the amount of Mint held by XENNFT, XEN, and eVMPX will increase, and the rest of the users will only have 1,000 Mint each time.

Each address can only be mint once, and it is not possible to mint using an agency contract, and it is not possible to make transfers during Mint. As of 16 o’clock, the number of XONE holding addresses reached 41,098, and the number of transfers exceeded 60,000 times (mainly for token collection).
On November 15, OKX and Polygon jointly launched the zkEVM Layer 2 network X 1. Jack then tweeted: "The name X1 was already so powerful in the pre-release phase that everyone wanted to use it. Imagine what will happen when it actually launches. People will realize that all paths lead to XEN. Nothing to do with the name, the focus is on the community users. “
(Note: This is the first time Jack has mentioned the word “X 1” on platform X.) )

Then on November 17th, Jack began releasing product teasers, and his platform X was originally titled “Teasers: We’re going to launch something on Ethereum in a day or two.” Free Mint with no fees and no extra gas. Having any XEN assets in your wallet can increase your mintage. There will be a countdown and names revealed. ”

On the same day, Jack began accusing OKX of proof of copy/paste by upgrading the OKBC brand to X 1, and called on the XEN community to report OKX’s X1 account to the X platform.
Jack also retweeted tweets from Haider, OKX’s chief marketing officer, on several occasions, making unilateral accusations.

In addition, Jack also unilaterally criticized Polygon and asked Polygon Labs’ legal team to contact him.

Jack also made a one-sided accusation against Sandeep, the founder of Polygon: “I heard your Space the other day that you said you want Polygon to be used by people and call it “People’s Chain”, how do you feel about the X1 brand that has been used in the XEN community for a year?”
Currently, Jack is showing the legal basis for his U.S.-registered X 1 Network trademark, but the words “X1” and “XONE” have never been mentioned on the X platform before. OKX and Polygon have also yet to officially respond to it. Sooner or later, this one-sided accusation would attract the attention of the “adversary”, but Jack at least got the heat he wanted.
