Techub News reports that former CEO of Electric Coin, Josh Swihart, tweeted that the actions taken over the past few weeks by the majority of the Electric Coin Bootstrap Board, responsible for managing Electric Coin, have shown a clear deviation from the Zcash mission; he specifically named Zaki Manian, Christina Garman, Alan Fairless, and Michelle Lai (ZCAM). Swihart stated that the ECC team collectively left the company yesterday after their employment terms were changed and they were “de facto dismissed” by ZCAM, and he mentioned that the team is preparing to establish a new company but will continue the original mission. He also stated that the Zcash protocol remains unaffected.
