Hyperliquid schedules the distribution of 1.2 million HYPE to the team, fixed on the 6th of every month.

Co-founder of Hyperliquid, Iliensinc, announced on Discord that 1.2 million HYPE tokens belonging to Hyperliquid Labs will be unstaked and distributed to team members on January 6th. Iliensinc stated that in the future, if there are additional token distributions, the schedule will be fixed on the 6th of each month to increase transparency and predictability for the community.

This move comes amid Hyperliquid being regarded as one of the most successful projects of 2025. The platform has stood out thanks to its high-performance on-chain derivatives trading model, user experience approaching that of centralized exchanges, and its ability to attract significant liquidity without relying on external ecosystems.
