According to ChainCatcher news and statistics from Polygon data scientist Alex, the total financing amount for payment companies is expected to reach 6.2 billion USD in 2025, a staggering increase of 1048% compared to 540 million USD in 2024. Leading financers include: Circle raised $1.1 billion through an IPO, Figure secured $1 billion, Tempo, Ripple, and RapydGlobal each raised $500 million. The latest financing in December saw stablecoin payment platform RedotPay complete a $107 million Series B funding round, led by Goodwater Capital, with follow-on investments from Pantera Capital, Blockchain Capital, and Circle Ventures.
