According to Foresight News, the privacy-preserving computing network Nillion will gradually migrate to Ethereum. The official statement indicates that it will first migrate its treasury and NIL tokens from NilChain to the Ethereum Mainnet, utilizing a new ERC-20 token contract. In February 2026, the team will launch a cross-chain channel to the Ethereum Mainnet, allowing users to migrate NIL tokens from the Cosmos network to Ethereum, enabling direct participation in activities within the Ethereum ecosystem. Additionally, next year, the team will deploy the Nillion L2 layer on Ethereum based on native smart contracts and network tools, facilitating staking functionality, on-chain coordination mechanisms, and seamless integration with Nillion's private computing and storage layer through existing wallets and infrastructure for developers.
