PANews November 13 news, Balancer announced on the X platform that in response to the recent Balancer V2 stablecoin pool incident, the Balancer team has initiated a white hat recovery operation and has transferred approximately $4.1 million in funds to a controlled account for reconciliation and return, which is only applicable to the Balancer V2 stable pool, and Balancer V3 is unaffected. Balancer reminds community users to beware of Phishing and temporarily refrain from any operations with the listed funds pools. Further updates will be provided after the reconciliation is completed. According to previous reports, the DeFi protocol Balancer suffered a hack resulting in a loss of approximately $116.6 million, with the attack involving the transfer of assets across multiple chains, including WETH, Staked ETH, wstETH, and various other tokens.
