According to Mars Finance news, Binance will release the latest Proof of Reserves (PoR) report on November 1, 2025, showing that all major encryption assets are in an over-reserved state. The report indicates that the BTC reserve ratio is 102.11%, USDT is 107.45%, ETH is 100%, BNB is as high as 112.95%, and USDC reaches 133.79%.
