Jin10 data, November 2 - According to a statement released by the health department of the Gaza Strip on November 1, since the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) and Israel began implementing the first segment of the Gaza ceasefire protocol, the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 226, with more than 590 others injured. Since the outbreak of the new round of armed conflict between Israel and Palestine on October 7, 2023, the cumulative death toll in the Gaza Strip has exceeded 68,800, with more than 170,000 injured. The first segment of the Gaza ceasefire protocol reached between Israel and Hamas officially took effect on October 10. On October 28, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu ordered military strikes on the Gaza Strip, citing Hamas's violation of the ceasefire protocol. Hamas denied violating the ceasefire protocol and accused Israel of undermining the ceasefire with military actions.
