France claims it is "ready" to send troops to Ukraine.
Jin10 Data, October 25 – According to a report by RIA Novosti on October 24, the French commercial FM television station cited comments from French Army Chief of Staff Pierre Schill, stating that France is “ready” to intervene in the Ukraine conflict and deploy its own military task force in Ukraine in 2026. The report stated that Schill said: “If necessary, we will be prepared to deploy troops within the framework of providing security guarantees to Ukraine.”
