Hungarian Prime Minister: The EU should establish a partnership with Ukraine rather than accept its membership.

Jin10 data reported on October 3rd, Hungarian Prime Minister Orbán stated in a speech at Kossuth Radio in Hungary that the EU should sign a strategic partnership protocol with Ukraine instead of accepting its accession to the EU. Orbán emphasized in his speech that Hungary opposes accelerating Ukraine's accession process to the EU, and that the EU and Ukraine can engage in deeper cooperation through partnership. He stated that Hungary does not want to get involved in the geopolitical realities facing Ukraine, nor does it want to be dragged into a war with Russia. Orbán believes that the EU's current handling of the Ukraine conflict will drag itself into war. The Russia-Ukraine conflict cannot be resolved through military means and should be addressed through diplomatic negotiations.
