Jin10 Data reported on September 12 that Mars announced that its controlling shareholder, the concert party of the actual controller, Haining Dayou holds 50.5171 million shares accounting for 12.39%, and Haining Dahong holds 50.657 million shares accounting for 12.42%. They plan to reduce their holdings from October 14, 2025, to January 13, 2026, by no more than 4 million shares through centralized bidding and no more than 8 million shares through Block Trading, totaling no more than 12 million shares, accounting for 2.94% of the company's total share capital.
