The statement claimed that the Houthi armed group, under the guidance and funding of Iran, continually threatens the security of Israel and its allies, undermines regional stability, and disrupts the freedom of international navigation. Additionally, according to reports from the Israel Army Radio, Israeli security officials stated that the airstrike targets included locations of some senior Houthi armed officials.
