The US SEC announced the agenda and list of participants for the encryption roundtable meeting on June 9.

According to Deep Tide TechFlow news on June 6, the SEC encryption working group will hold a roundtable discussion themed “Decentralized Finance and the Spirit of America” on June 9, according to official information from the U.S. SEC.

The conference will be hosted by former SEC commissioner Troy Paredes, with guests including Espresso Systems co-founder Jill Gunter, DBA co-founder Michael Jordan, Columbia Business School professor Omid Malekan, Arktouros co-founder Michael Mosier, Jito Labs Chief Legal Officer Rebecca Rettig, MetaLeX founder Gabriel Shapiro, Coin Center Executive Director Peter Van Valkenburgh, Venice AI CEO Erik Voorhees, and University of Pennsylvania Wharton School professor Kevin Werbach.

The meeting will be held from 1 PM to 5 PM Eastern Time, including opening remarks, panel discussions, breaks, and a town hall session, and will explore topics related to the regulation of encryption assets.
