Crypto Exchange Binance Sensationally Launches One-Second Charts

Binance now offers one-second chart for Futures traders

According to the official statement by its team, Binance (BNB) cryptocurrency exchange introduced a fresh function for the Binance Futures dashboard. Starting today, May 17, 2025, traders can use a one-second chart alongside familiar time frames.

The new instrument is available on both Binance’s web interface and mobile applications for iOS- and Android-based devices.

To start trading with the new function, Binance customers should upgrade their software applications to the Binance app V2.100.0 build. The rollout will be appearing gradually, the team adds.

Binance Futures clients can enjoy one-second intervals while trading USDⓈ-M Contracts, the official announcement says.

BNB, the core utility cryptocurrency of Binance and the gas payments tool on BNB Smart Chain, is trading at $641.03 as of printing time, posting 2.01% losses in the last 24 hours on falling trading volume.

Binance Futures lists new contracts: Latest updates

As covered by U.Today previously, in May 2025, the Binance Futures list of contracts registered some adjustments. Earlier this month, Binance Futures axed Alpaca Finance (ALPACA), PlayDapp (PDA), Viberate (VIB) and Wing Finance (WING) contracts.

Yesterday, May 16, 2025, Binance Futures listed the Civic (CVC) token in the futures section. The CVCUSDT perpetual contract went live with up to 75x leverage, the platform announced earlier.

Also, on May 15, 2025, Nexpace (NXPC) was introduced to Binance Simple Earn, “Buy Crypto,” Binance Convert and Binance Margin toolsets of the exchange.
