Multiple rare earth ETFs rise over 4%

The Harvest CSI Rare Earth Industry ETF rose by 4.65%, the Huatai-Pboc CSI Rare Earth Industry ETF rose by 4.43%, the Fuguo CSI Rare Earth Industry ETF rose by 4.38%, and the E Fund CSI Rare Earth Industry ETF rose by 4.37%.
