Galaxy bringt tokenisierte CLO auf Avalanche heraus und erhält 50 Millionen US-Dollar von Grove

BlockBeats Nachrichten, 15. Januar, Galaxy hat die Emission von Galaxy CLO 2025-1 abgeschlossen, eine völlig neue Emission von Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO), und ist damit das erste CLO-Projekt von Galaxy, das zur Unterstützung seiner Kreditvergabeaktivitäten dient. Die Schuldenschichtung dieses CLO wurde auf der Avalanche-Blockchain ausgegeben und tokenisiert, die entsprechenden Token sind auf der INX-Plattform gelistet und für qualifizierte Investoren zum Handel geöffnet.

Galaxy hat die erste Emission dieses tokenisierten CLO auf 75 Millionen US-Dollar festgelegt, wobei Grove 50 Millionen US-Dollar an Kernkapital bereitgestellt hat. Diese Konfiguration baut auf den vorherigen 250 Millionen US-Dollar an tokenisierten realen Vermögenswerten (RWA) auf, die Grove bereits auf Avalanche implementiert hat.
