Drinking a cup of milk every day has many benefits.


Since around 2010, I have been insisting on drinking a glass of pure milk (or pure milk powder) every day, and I have been doing it for 13 years. Yesterday, a friend asked me: What are the benefits of drinking milk for a long time? I think the benefits of drinking milk are reflected in at least three aspects:
First, people who drink milk in moderation for a long time rarely catch a cold. I myself occasionally catch a cold, and almost never get injections or take medicine. Just a few glasses of water will do.
Second, because milk contains rich calcium elements, my whole body bones are relatively healthy, and my movements are relatively light.
