The Kelp-Aave recovery effort has filled 73,700 ETH of the 163,200 ETH gap left by the April 18 exploit. Confirmed public commitments total 43,500 ETH, leaving about 89,500 ETH still uncovered. Mantle proposed a loan of up to 30,000 ETH to Aave DAO to resolve rsETH bad debt on Aave V3.
