Liquidity building at the upper end of the channel and around the previous month highs. I think we may sweep it before downside continuation.
If you’re looking to swing short then perhaps wait for that sweep or a breakdown of the previous range highs if we fail to get the sweep.
I will personally hold onto my short incase mm’s do decide to leave it behind and go straight for the liquidity at the range lows.
Looking at the bigger picture though it’s clear they are building long liquidations to fuel the next leg down especially as spot selling is currently on the higher end.
