Everyone has their own unique talents. So how can you discover them? First, observe whether you find certain things "easier to do and more engaging," meaning you are willing to do them repeatedly without external pressure and can easily enter a state of focus; second, pay attention to feedback from others, see what they often praise you for or what they actively seek your advice on, because these are often more objective than self-assessment; third, review activities you have been interested in continuously since childhood that have never been interrupted, as these long-term stable tendencies often hide clues to your talents; fourth, verify your performance and feelings in different fields through low-cost, multi-directional attempts, quickly identify directions where you perform well and are willing to invest long-term, thereby gradually recognizing your true talents.
