Look, I'm not saying these are guaranteed to moon or anything. The presale game is definitely risky and you see plenty of projects that don't deliver. The community engagement on these projects seems legit too.

Obviously do your own research on the whitepapers, check if there's been security audits, see what the team looks like, that kind of thing. But yeah, in this bull market environment there's definitely opportunity if you're willing to take the risk and do the homework first.
