‎There is something called "testing the waters" and honestly? There's nothing wrong with it. Walk with me

‎ In Web3, we have:
‎• Airdrops

‎• GameFi

‎• DeFi
‎- Meme Trading
‎- Yield farming
‎- AMM pool fees farming
‎- Content Creation (Audiovisuals, Texts, Threads)

‎• CeFi
‎- Futures Trading
‎- Spot Trading
‎- Margin Trading
‎- Contests (Threads, Videos)
‎- Bounties
‎- Stake to Earn
‎- Jobs (BD, Growth strategist, Ads strategist, etc)

‎• AIFi
‎- Prompt engineering contests
‎- Coding contests
‎- Threads on AI x Web3

‎• NFTS/Digital Assets
‎- NFT Creation/Trading
‎- Tokenized RWAs
‎- In game assets

‎• DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations)
‎- Social DAO
‎- Protocol DAO
‎- Investment DAO
‎- Grant DAO

‎Not to bore you, these are some of the aspects in crypto. Numerous, right?

‎If you ever want to give up on Crypto, think about this:

‎If trading works for your friend and it doesn't work for you, you aren't useless. You just have to go into another niche. Do it until something works

‎Also, the space is ever changing. Something might work for you today, and it won't in the next 6 months. It's not a "skill issue" like my fellow Web3 frens say, you just have to find what works

‎Here's the icing on the cake: unlike people like me who grew into Web3, some people have decided to neglect their pre-existing skills because they think it is useless in Web3

‎Many skills from "Web2" like we call it, are in high demand in Web3, you just have to do your due diligence enough to find out

‎AI is here to ease our workload but you still have to reach out to the right people sometimes to gain access to some things. That's why the phrase FAFO (Fuck Around and Find Out) will forever be valid (sometimes, you have to Ask Around too)

‎Truth is, it's really tough for some of us out here and I've tried so many things

‎Airdrop hunting, testnets, infofi, futures trading, memes trading... I could go on and on

‎I did testnets, I got so many dusts. I won about $50 cumulatively from Sapien, my biggest

‎Then, infofi came. I made some from infofi last year but it didn't work for me like it did for others. I still kept going

‎I tried Gate's Livestream in December, it didn't work out. I was told my audio setup was bad. I almost gave up

‎I lost so much to futures trading and some to memes trading too this year, I just knew it was a perilous path, FOR ME (it's not a perilous path if it works for you)

‎I applied for jobs, Customer support and AI training and data labeling to be specific, language barrier, formal experience and geographical barrier debarred me from landing a job (for some reason I do not know, I still haven't given up). I still never gave up

‎If I told you how old I am, you probably won't believe me 😭 but that's what happens when you have to survive, by any means legal (emphasis on LEGAL)

‎I haven't gotten it all right, but I know I'm far from where I'm coming from

‎If this post is for you, do not give up, do not be afraid to reach out to devs, HRs, teams, like-minded people, do not be afraid to explore other niches cause you just can never tell...

‎Just one job, one opportunity, one recommendation, might be all you need to elevate your current status

‎May the algorithm be kind enough to show this to everyone who needs it or who knows somebody who does

‎I'm sorry if it's lengthy 🙏
‎It's night here. I'm in bed and reflecting on today's unexpected win, I decided to document my thoughts

‎Good night, Gate frens 💗
