Deep Tide TechFlow News, March 26 — On March 26 local time, the European Parliament held a plenary session to vote on the EU-U.S. trade agreement, which was ultimately approved. The European Parliament's International Trade Committee, with a vote of 29 in favor on March 19, resumed the legislative approval process related to the EU-U.S. trade agreement. The trade agreement between Europe and the U.S. was reached in July 2025. The EU needs to eliminate tariffs on U.S. industrial products and provide preferential market access for American seafood and agricultural products in exchange for the U.S. imposing a 15% tariff on most EU exports to the U.S. (Jin10)
