Deep Tide TechFlow News, March 26 — According to an official statement from Resolv Labs, regarding the illegal minting exploit of USR that occurred on March 22, 2026, the team has permanently removed approximately 46 million of the 80 million illegally minted USR (about 57%). Specific measures include: about 9 million USR were destroyed through two transactions on the day of the incident; approximately 36 million assets held in wstUSR form were added to the blacklist via contract upgrade, which requires a 72-hour time lock due to contract restrictions; the remaining USR held by the attacker has been destroyed.

Currently, the attacker’s addresses no longer hold any transferable or exchangeable illegal assets. Additionally, Resolv Labs sent on-chain messages to the attacker’s addresses on March 24, providing a path for fund recovery. The investigation is still ongoing.
