Real estate services firm Newmark (NASDAQ:NMRK) will be announcing earnings results this Wednesday before market hours. Here’s what to expect.
Newmark beat analysts’ revenue expectations last quarter, reporting revenues of $863.5 million, up 25.9% year on year. It was a mixed quarter for the company, with an impressive beat of analysts’ revenue estimates but a significant miss of analysts’ adjusted operating income estimates.

This quarter, the market is expecting Newmark’s revenue to grow 15.1% year on year, slowing from the 16.8% increase it recorded in the same quarter last year.
