If we open with a 1–2K gap, the classic move is a return to fill it. Since 2022, ~96% of weekend CME gaps have filled within two weeks — most within 3–4 days.
But probability ≠ certainty.
This edge works… until it doesn’t. And once CME trades 24/7, weekend gaps disappear entirely.
In markets, no anomaly lasts forever.
