🇩🇪 Boerse Stuttgart merges crypto business with Tradias
The German exchange operator Boerse Stuttgart Group plans to merge its crypto division with Frankfurt-based Tradias, which specializes in digital asset trading.
💵 The new structure will work with banks, brokers, and financial institutions across Europe. The focus is on a full range of services: brokerage, custody, staking, and asset tokenization.
Financial terms of the deal are not disclosed. According to Bloomberg, Tradias may be valued at approximately €200 million, and the combined entity at more than $590 million.
