1. Every voter has a unique INEC registration number right, every voter has biometrics collected by INEC. 2. On election day provide machines where each voter goes into a voting cubicle to vote on a machine after confirming their identity, via INEC biometrics and/or BVN 3. The results are displayed in real time at the national collation center showing the Polling unit, Ward, LGA and State of the voter with his/her biometrics encrypted! 4. A voting hash is printed out as a bar code, sms sent to the voter's registered mobile number, email is sent to the voter's email, so that in the future they can reconfirm that the system indeed recorded their choice vote! Before argue, our budget for the last election in 2023 was over $681M
