🚨 Japan has just announced a market collapse within the next 24 hours!!

The Bank of Japan has just begun intervention in the currency market.
USD/JPY is trading around 160, the highest level in 40 years.
The yen is in a real DANGER ZONE.
Let me explain this in simple terms.
160 matters because it is the pain threshold.
It’s the level where Tokyo stops talking about action and starts TO ACT.
It’s also the zone where Japan has intervened before, so every market maker notes this.
Now connect all the dots.
Japan is the largest foreign holder of US Treasury bonds.
About 1.2 TRILLION dollars.
This one fact explains a lot.
Because intervention is simple.
If they want a stronger yen, they need to sell dollars and buy yen.
These dollars are in reserves.
Most of the reserves are US bonds.
So this is not just a headline about the currency market.
It’s becoming a headline about US Treasury bonds.
THIS IS SUPER BAD.
Because when Japan sells dollars, it pulls liquidity.
And if they also need to turn to Treasury bonds to do this, you get pressure where the system is most fragile.
US Treasury bonds are under attack
Yields are rising
Liquidity is thinning
Then stocks react.
Then cryptocurrencies get the first sharp move.
Now put Japanese bonds back in their place.
Japan 40Y: 4.23% / 30Y: 3.90% / 20Y: 3.47% / 10Y: 2.34%
This is not “normal”.
This is stress building up in the background.
And almost no one is paying attention.
The markets are not factoring this in right now.
But they will.
