I recently attended an offline Web3 meetup in Xi'an, marking my first time engaging with the crypto community in this city. The event gave me a lot of inspiration.
The overall atmosphere of the gathering was very comfortable, and everyone was very active. During conversations, I could clearly feel the characteristics of practitioners from Shaanxi—enthusiastic and straightforward, valuing personal relationships, and balancing industry rules with grace. These traits were especially evident during the dinner, where as we exchanged drinks, we also discussed project ideas and market perspectives. The value of offline networking was immediately apparent.
Such events are actually quite rare. Having a space for offline interaction within the Web3 community allows practitioners to communicate face-to-face, share experiences, and exchange ideas, which is very helpful for the cohesion of the entire ecosystem. Especially under the integration of regional cultures, it’s inspiring to see how people from different backgrounds collaborate and progress together in this industry.

The guys over in Xi'an are really straightforward, much better atmosphere than in some cities.
This is the proper offline experience—drinking, chatting, and casually discussing projects. Absolutely awesome.
Shaanxi people really have their own way of doing Web3; I respect their loyalty.
The key is to get out and explore; staying glued to the screen is just a waste.
Talking business over drinks and toasts—old-fashioned but effective. No wonder the connections in the ancient capital are so valuable.
Offline meetups, you know, can't be beaten by ten online sessions.
I envy Xi'an's ecosystem; we're still on guard with each other here.
Their enthusiasm and straightforwardness are no gimmick. Did you feel that vibe?
By the way, these small gatherings are way more interesting than conferences—less nonsense.
The Shaanxi faction is about to rise in Web3, and I’m optimistic.

Are friends in Xi'an this active? Next time, I have to join in. It sounds way more fun than just chatting online.

Chatting about projects over drinks sounds very comfortable, but what about real liquidity indicators? Can a meal spark any hardcore ideas...
