Ever thought about what real freedom means in crypto? It's simpler than you think—keep your seed phrase safe, and you're not tied to any single place or platform. You can literally move anywhere and your assets follow you. No intermediaries, no restrictions. That's the whole point of self-custody. Your private keys are your actual ownership. Store them right, remember them well, and you've got the kind of freedom traditional finance can't offer.

Memorizing seed words is really satisfying, but the problem is that most people still write them down on sticky notes...

ngl Self-managed wallets are really great, but I'm just worried that I might not have enough brainpower to remember that string of private keys.

It sounds good, but when it comes to critical moments, you still have to bear the responsibility of your seed phrase. A single typo and it's all gone. But then again, this is indeed the only reason we're still playing this game.

Storing seed phrases in your mind is the most dangerous. I would rather let my cold wallet gather dust than risk losing everything if I suddenly forget everything one day.

Seed words are the golden key to the new era. Truly, there's nothing more pure than this freedom.
