ngl, the "market dynamics at their finest" bit is doing some heavy lifting here... arguably there's some non-trivial path dependency in how these liquidity structures get designed in the first place. historical precedent suggests when the incentive alignment is this sub-optimal, you're looking at deeper governance primitives issues. but hey, what do i know about who knew what beforehand
