Instead of spending money on lotteries to attract grab-and-go users, it's better to allocate resources to community members who have been with us long-term and actively interact. This kind of incentive model is actually more meaningful—it can help retain truly loyal users and build a healthier ecosystem interaction. The design of the lottery should be thoughtful, with a focus on value orientation rather than just a simple traffic contest.

It should have been done this way a long time ago, really. A bunch of projects are constantly doing lotteries and mindlessly throwing money around, but in the end, it's just a bunch of羊毛党 (wool party) who take the money and run, leaving nothing behind in the community.

That's very true. Instead of spending money on lotteries, it's better to focus on retaining genuine followers.

Early projects that burn money on lotteries are actually like throwing fake goods into an auction—traffic comes in, but nothing genuine is accumulated.

This is spot on. Some projects are still playing the same scam tricks, which is really primitive.
Exactly, long-term users are the real gold, and those who just try to milk them can't keep them.
Lottery draws... they burn money and offend people. It's better to focus on maintaining the community.
Finally, someone has spoken out. Too many projects lose sight of their core goals.
That's right, resources should be focused where they matter most, but unfortunately, most haven't figured that out yet.

Really, instead of constantly organizing big prize draws, it's better to properly support core loyal users.

Yes, that's true... A real community isn't built through lotteries.
